Hi, I'm Christine, your online yoga teacher and wellness coach


I help women over 45 reduce stress and feel young and vibrant. Age is just a number!

Fifteen years ago, I was a stressed executive in the financial services industry with an MBA in Finance from Wharton. But working non-stop and not having the tools to manage my stress, my success came at a cost to my health and well-being

until I found yoga and learned how to manage my stress and re-connect with my body.

Now, at 55, I love teaching these skills to you so that you can feel calm & energized and live a full life without aches and pains!
