We will be practicing simple, yet effective stretches and balance exercises to relieve tension and improve flexibility. No yoga experience is required.
Depending on the session, we might use a prop, including a yoga strap (or belt from your bathrobe), a yoga block (or a thick book), or a massage ball (or tennis ball).

By signing up for this class, you drop into ONE class of a multi-class series. It's a great way to try out a class to determine if a series is right for you. A new series starts about every 6-8 weeks.
