This gentle yoga series is perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis and non-yogis who want a clear, easy-to-follow, and fun practice. We’ll work on balance, improve our alignment, and build strength and flexibility.

This 8-week series runs from September 14 to November 2. We meet online (on Zoom) on Saturdays from 9-10 AM ET. You can keep your video on or off. You'll also receive recordings of each class.
