Then join me (and my cat Ms Ringtail) for my 8-week LIVE online gentle yoga series, designed to help you release stress, improve your flexibility and balance, and feel fabulous ... all from the comfort of your home and in a judgment-free and fun environment.

Be part of a supportive community of like-minded individuals -- mostly women in their 50s and 60s -- who want to improve their physical and mental well-being. Together, we'll have fun while strengthening and stretching our bodies.

This gentle yoga series is perfect for beginners and intermediate yogis and non-yogis who want a clear, easy-to-follow, and fun practice. We’ll work on balance, improve our alignment, and build strength and flexibility.
