Good news: spring is right around the corner! 🌷

According to the calendar, spring starts this Monday. In New England, the unofficial start of spring is Patriot's Day. It falls on April 17 this year and it's when we hold the Boston Marathon.

Spring is a time of renewal, rebirth, and fresh starts.

It's the perfect opportunity to let go of what's holding you back and embrace a new chapter in your life. Here are some ways to help you embrace new beginnings this spring:

1. Clean Your Surroundings

Spring cleaning isn't just a term, it's a real thing! Take the time to declutter and organize your home, office, and any other spaces that you use regularly. A clean environment can lead to increased productivity and overall well-being.

2. Get Moving

Spring is the perfect time to get outdoors and enjoy nature. Go for a walk, a hike, or a bike ride. Moving your body can help improve your mood and boost your energy levels. Being in nature can be incredibly therapeutic.

3. Try Something New
