My Stretch & Balance classes focus on stretching your body and improving your balance. It's perfect if you're looking for a quick 30-minute session to release tension and have some relaxing me-time.
This particular class is more focused on stretches to release tension than balance exercises. The class includes stretches to release tension in your shoulders and hips to counter the ill-effects of spending too much time sitting in front of your computer.
You don't need any props for this class. I encourage you to take off your shoes and socks.
