My Stretch & Balance classes focus on stretching your body and improving your balance. It's perfect if you're looking for a quick 30-minute session to release tension and have some relaxing me-time.

This particular class includes a number of balance exercises. They are so important, especially as we get older. We also focus on stretches to release tension in your low back and hips. Lots of stretches to counter the ill-effects of spending too much time sitting in front of your computer.

You don't need any props for this class. I encourage you to take off your shoes and socks.
