This is a recording of a live session held on Zoom on July 7, 2024.

Enjoy this slow-paced and relaxing practice to bring you deep relaxation and prepare your body for a restful sleep. Meditation and restorative yoga focus on breath awareness to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body.

The class starts with a 15-minute guided meditation, followed by a 20-minute slow-placed yoga practice low on the ground. The class ends with a 25-minute restorative yoga practice, during which you will rest your body for extended periods on pillows to fully relax.

No previous meditation or yoga experience is needed. I provide clear instructions while playing calm music in the background.

Please gather the following props for this session:

  • yoga mat (or bath towel)
  • 2 yoga blocks (you can do without if you don't have any)
  • yoga strap (or belt from your bathrobe)
  • 2 bed pillows, queen or king-size
