Recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a gentle and enjoyable way! My 60-minute gentle yoga classes are perfect for advanced beginners and intermediate students. It's a slow-flowing, gentle yoga practice where we flow from one posture into the next, using our breath to guide us.
This class starts in a seated position to focus on releasing tension in your upper body. And then we move on to focus on the lower part of the body. Come and join me!
Grab a yoga mat or find a carpeted area in your home. In addition, I recommend 2 yoga blocks (or thick books) and a folded blanket/towel for this class.
