Recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a gentle and enjoyable way! My 60-minute gentle yoga classes are perfect for advanced beginners and intermediate students. It's a slow-flowing, gentle yoga practice where we flow from one posture into the next, using our breath to guide us.
This class is primarily focused on strengthening your legs and releasing tension in your hips (of course, you'll release tension throughout your body). Come and join me!
