This 25-minute yoga class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a very gentle yoga practice. You don't need any props. Just grab a yoga mat or find any carpeted area in your home. If you have sensitive knees, grab a folded blanket or towel to cushion your knees.
We start this class seated in a cross-legged position and end with a relaxing couple of minutes in corpse pose (Savasana).
