This 25-minute yoga class is perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a very gentle yoga practice. You don't need any props. Just grab a yoga mat or find any carpeted area in your home. If you have sensitive knees, grab a folded blanket or towel to cushion your knees.
This class starts by lying on our backs in resting pose, followed by the very popular "tense and release" exercise (you'll love it!), and ends with a relaxing couple of minutes in corpse pose (Savasana).
