You don't need a full-hour workout to feel better. Learn how.

Does it sometimes feel like your day slips between your fingers like sand in an hourglass…⌛? And that the workout you had planned, well, it gets pushed aside. Again.
I’ve seen this situation over and over with my clients. They’re busy with their careers and with taking care of others. But making time for YOUR health and wellness is one of the best things you can do for yourself and others.
Even I, as a yoga teacher, occasionally skip my planned workouts, either because I'm too busy or because I just don't feel like doing a full workout. That's okay. We need to stop being so hard on ourselves.
And there’s good news: you don’t need to hit the gym or carve out an hour in your schedule every day to do something good for your health. In fact, on those days when you cannot carve out an entire hour, you can still do something for your wellness in just 5 minutes. And even YOU can find 5 minutes during the day, no matter how crazy your life might currently be!
As part of my Yoga Bites series, below is a video containing 5 minutes of gentle full-body stretches that you can do anytime throughout the day. No equipment needed. Just 5 minutes to stretch your body and feel better!
