The Best Stretches to Take Care of Your Feet

The weather forecast for this weekend in New England is looking so much better than the soggy, cold weather we had last weekend. In fact, it might be hot enough to put on sandals for the first time this season ☀️ ⛱ 👙. By the way, flip flops are about the worst type of shoes you can wear for the health of your feet, so wear them sparingly.
Are your feet ready for summer?
Pedicures are wonderful and I'm ready for a professional one. They are one of the little indulgences I've been missing during the past year. Aside from getting pedicures, which take care of my feet on the outside, I also like to regularly stretch my feet to take care of them on the inside. Just think of how much we ask of our poor two feet. They provide a steady base for our entire body, keeping us from tipping over, carrying all that weight, and serving as shock absorbers as we walk.
