Take a 10 minute break for stretches

Do you think you're not flexible enough for yoga? Or that you need to be super fit to do yoga? Not true! I’ve put together a 10 minute video for you with yoga stretches. Even if you've never done yoga, I think you'll enjoy this practice. (Click on the button with the arrow in the center of the image to launch the video).
You could do this sequence of stretches in the morning after getting up to wake up your body, or right before bedtime to get your body relaxed and ready for a good night’s sleep, or anytime throughout the day that your body feels tense. You’ll feel relaxed and calm after just 10 minutes. So go ahead and roll out your yoga mat or place a towel on a carpet. Enjoy!
