Stretches to Relieve Tension in Your Head, Neck, and Shoulders | Downloadable Primer

These days, with so much time spent in front of our computers, many of us hold tension in our head, neck, and shoulders. That's why it's important to get into the habit of daily stretching to release the stress before it builds up.
I've put together for you some of my favorite stretches for your head, neck, and shoulders and created a PDF file that you can download and print. I first learned these stretches from Lee Albert, NMT, a very talented integrated positional therapist in the Berkshires.
I invite you to practice these stretches for 5-10 minutes throughout the day. They can be easily done at your desk; just stop looking at your computer and do one of these.
They should improve your energy level, reduce stress, and enhance your overall well-being.
