Spring is here: what needs freshening up in your life?

Today is spring equinox, which marks the transition from winter to spring (in the Northern Hemisphere). The word equinox comes from the Latin for “equal night”. At the equinox, days and nights are roughly of equal length: 12 hours each. From now until the fall equinox, the daylight portions of our days will get longer. Yeah!!
This year, more than ever, I couldn't be more excited about spring arriving. Warmer weather, longer days, and the roll-out of vaccinations are finally moving me out of the hibernation mode I've been in during the winter. The arrival of spring is putting a little pep in my step. What about you?
Your days may be brighter, your mood might be lighter, and you might be full of new ideas. Maybe you feel the urge to get started on an exciting project that you've been putting off for a long time? Maybe you're itching to start making travel plans for this summer or take a short road trip right now after being cooped up all winter?
Spring is such an exciting time: a time of year when our energy levels are increasing and we're itching to do something new. It's the season for creation. If your head is buzzing with new ideas or dreams for your life, I encourage you to take steps towards them.
What needs freshening up in your life? Is there a new project you’re feeling inspired to start? Now that the sun is out and the birds are chirping, what has you feeling passionate, excited, and motivated in your life? What are you going to create?
I recently came across this beautiful 5-minute video of flowers opening up in nature. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did:

Best,
Christine
