Simple Stretches To Improve Your Golf Game This Season (Video Included)

Many of you love the game of golf. And you're always looking for ways to improve your game. Right?
There are many ways to improve your golf game. You might take lessons, buy new clubs, get a better caddy, or improve your short game. But one of the simplest things you can do is stretch more.
For many golfers, stretching is something that gets put aside or just doesn't get the attention it deserves.
However, in reality, a good stretching routine can improve your game and help keep you on the course.
Most golfers will suffer from an injury at some stage in their golf career. By being aware of the importance of how to stretch, you're giving yourself the best possible chance of reducing the risk of injury.
