Relieve Pain in Your Upper Back in Just 10 Minutes (Video Included)

When I woke up this morning, I noticed a dull achy pain in my upper back between my shoulder blades. Maybe I had been sleeping in a funky position?
So I rolled out my yoga mat and did a series of yoga poses explicitly targeting the rhomboids, the muscles between the shoulder blades. I felt the tension release in just 10 minutes.
I thought you might also experience the occasional aches in your upper back, so why not record a video for you?
