Just pick one thing to get done this week

Hi, I’m writing to you because it’s Saturday. And that’s what I do on Saturdays. What’s your Saturday routine?

Speaking of routines, I know how easy it is to have some things fall off the list. They say habits take 21 days to form, but I don't believe that. It’s got to be longer than that, right?

Anyway, in case you need a reminder of some things to do to stay healthy and feel great in your body, here's a list.

Just pick one thing to get done this week. Then pat yourself on the back for being so darn productive.

I wish I could make that last one mandatory. Ha-ha!!

That’s it. Remember, just pick one and get it done. I believe in you!
