How nice would it be if your body could be less stiff and more flexible! It would feel like you had changed into looser, more comfortable clothing; it would make everyday activities easier; it would make your body more limber. A regular yoga practice can do all that and will also help you feel more relaxed, more at ease, and more in tune with your body.

Have you heard of the benefits of yoga, but think you’re not flexible enough for yoga? Have you been meaning to give yoga a try, but been too intimated to go to a yoga studio because you don’t see yourself fitting in?

I’ll teach you basic yoga poses to release tension in your body through stretching and movement. I’ll show you how to modify the poses for your body and your level of flexibility. You’ll get a taste of yoga and see how wonderful it is. You’ll feel empowered and confident to start doing yoga on a regular basis.

For five consecutive days (October 26-30), you will receive an email from me in the morning with a pre-recorded yoga session. Each session will be no more than ten minutes long. You've got this!!
