It's time to exhale! Join me for restorative yoga

I don't know about you, but this week was super stressful for me! We are dealing with the pandemic worsening again, the ups and downs of the U.S. presidential election, and a terrorist attack in Vienna (my home city).
✨ We need to exhale! ✨
Join me right now to take a long breath in through the nose; hold the breath; and then strongly exhale through the mouth. One more time: take a long breath in through the nose; hold it; and then audibly exhale a cleansing breath through the mouth. With the exhale, let go of the tension you have been holding onto.
To more fully exhale and release pent-up tensions in our bodies, I invite you to join me this Friday (11/13/2020) at 5:15 PM ET for a FREE 45-minute restorative yoga class.
I will guide you through some relaxing poses while being seated or lying on our backs. There will be little movement. The focus will be on relaxing our nervous systems to recharge our batteries. It is a blissfully relaxing class. (My apologies to my friends in Europe, who will hopefully be asleep by then; getting plenty of sleep is also important for our wellbeing). Click below to sign up:

Restorative yoga relies on props (e.g., pillows, blankets, etc.) to support our bodies, so our muscles can relax. For Friday's session, I want you to grab 2 bed pillows, 2 rolls of kitchen paper towels, 1 bath towel (or blanket), and 1 wash cloth.
