I was sitting here thinking about how very grateful I'm for you today.
This is one of my favorite times of the year because I’m constantly reminded of how much I have to be grateful for: the people I love, my health, my partner, my business, and obviously - you. 😍
Life is always so, so busy. This time of year gives us a wonderful opportunity to sit a bit more quietly, reflect, and realize how wonderful it all actually is.
Despite pandemics, external circumstances, or anything else going on, what I know to be true is that there are always things to be grateful for. And the more you express and recognize your gratitude, the more wonderful things you invite into your life!
My yoga & wellness business may be a small part of your day or week. You may not even currently be a client of mine. But I want you to know I spend most days thinking about how I can make your life more joyful and less stressful and how I can serve you at the highest levels.
You're the lifeblood of Wellness & Yoga with Christine. Because of that, it's important for me to stop and tell you how much you're appreciated, cared for, and valued: as a current, past, or future client and as an incredible human being.
In a world of constant change and facing the unknown more than ever, I try to remind myself daily what I’m most grateful for. Sometimes they’re small things and sometimes they’re huge.
You've seen me write before about the importance of having a gratitude practice. Getting into a habit of daily gratitude practice is so incredibly powerful.
It can be as easy as writing down three things you’re grateful for and spending one minute on each, eyes closed, feeling it, and living it. Or when you lie down to sleep, taking a moment to think of three things that happened that day for which you're grateful
As I close this message, I want to wish you a Merry Christmas (or Happy Holidays, if you don't celebrate Christmas), and let you know that I am unbelievably grateful for YOU.
