Wow, I had a busy week. How about you?

You might not know this about me, but aside from teaching yoga, I also serve on corporate boards and invest in startups as a member of a Boston-based angel investment group.

This week and next is the group's annual summit, where all the startup companies in our portfolio provide us with updates on how things are going, one after the other. It makes for long days, but it's super interesting.

But now, onto what’s really important. Sharing yoga and stress relief tips with you!

This week, I want to share my Starter Guide to Yoga with you! You might have downloaded it before, but did you actually use it? Well, here is your second chance.

In this guide, you'll learn the ins and outs of five essential yoga poses, as well as how to make them work for YOUR body:

  • Table Top Pose
  • Cat/Cow Pose
  • Extended Child's Pose
  • Extended Puppy Pose
  • Downward Facing Dog

PLUS, on page 9 of the guide, you'll find a link to a video recording of a 10-minute beginner yoga sequence that you cannot find on YouTube. It's the perfect sequence to practice the five yoga poses you just learned about.

Not new to yoga? No worries! This sequence is great for anyone looking for a short yoga sequence to release tightness in your shoulders and lower back from spending too much time sitting in front of your computer.
