Join me for a simple chair yoga routine to relieve stiffness

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! What was the highlight? And if there was a lowlight, how did you deal with it?

While you might not feel like hitting the gym for a high-intensity workout this weekend (or ever!), I invite you to join me for a gentle 15-minute chair yoga session. So just grab a chair (a basic chair without arms works the best) and click on the video below to join me. No need to change into workout clothes.
