Discover my three money-saving tips for yoga

I want you to think back to the last time you visited a clothing store and found a perfect pair of jeans. When you tried them on, they made your butt look good and were oh-so-comfortable. And then you looked at the price tag and -- hallelujah, this must be your lucky day -- they didn't cost a fortune.

It's the best feeling ever. Right?

Most people like the thrill of a bargain, no matter their income level. When I worked in the investment management industry, I noticed that even exceptionally well-compensated colleagues couldn't resist free or bargain-priced stuff. Free food, free products ...

So here are my three money-saving tips so you can experience that "best feeling ever" for yourself:

Tip #1: Yoga Clothes

Have you noticed that prices for yoga leggings have crept up to astronomical levels?

Lululemon and other yoga clothing retailers charge $98, $128, and even $168 (!) for a pair of leggings. Are their leggings spun out of gold? Do they turn you into Superwoman?

That is why I buy my yoga leggings from 90 Degrees by Reflex. Their leggings are really good quality and cost $80 or less. But it gets even better: I only pay $25 (or less). How, you might ask?

I buy them at Nordstrom Rack. Their online store offers a selection of 90 Degrees by Reflex leggings in fun colors for less than 25 bucks. I don't feel guilty adding to my ever-growing stack of leggings at that price. Click to check the current selection.

BTW, their clothes run true to size. I wear their high-waisted leggings to avoid accidentally exposing my butt crack in a downward-facing dog. That would be embarrassing.

Tip #2: Yoga Tutorials

Are you intimidated to start yoga? No need to worry. That's why I created the Starter Guide to Yoga for 45+. It teaches you how to adapt yoga poses for YOUR body, regardless of age or physical limitations. After all, age is just a number!

While I could charge for the guide because it's so valuable, I am giving it away for free. Yeah, free stuff! You haven't grabbed it yet? Click to download your free Starter Guide to Yoga.

Want to learn even more yoga poses, tips & tricks, and get lifetime access to three pre-recorded yoga sessions that are perfect for beginners? Then grab your 50-page Yoga Guide eBook. At just $37, it's a fabulous bargain.

My eBook and targeted yoga sessions will make you a confident yogi in no time. Did I mention that I offer a risk-free 7-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee? Nobody has ever wanted their money back. Yes, that's how good this eBook is.

Tip #3 Yoga Sessions

The bargains don't stop here. Want to feel young & vibrant and get rid of your aches and pains that have started to creep in once you hit middle age? I am here for you.

My private one-on-one yoga sessions are the perfect way to achieve those goals. The sessions are 100% customized to your needs and scheduled for when they're most convenient for you. My private yoga sessions cost $110 per session, less than a massage or personal trainer session in my area. They are awesome.

But if you don't want to pay $110 per session, you can get that "oh-so-good feeling" by joining my group yoga classes for just $20 each. What a fantastic deal for feeling better in your body! And lucky for you, I'm starting a new 6-week Gentle Yoga group series next Sunday. Click to sign up now.

I hope you enjoyed my money-saving tips!

Best, Christine
