Stretches for Golfers To Prevent Injury and Improve Your Swing

Bobby Jones is one of the giants in golf history. He was the dominant player in the 1920s and co-founded the Augusta National Golf Club and The Masters.

He once said: “Golf is the closest game to the game we call life. You get bad breaks from good shots; you get good breaks from bad shots–but you have to play the ball where it lies.”

The world seems to be divided between those who love golf and those who truly dislike it!

I tried the game over twenty years ago because I thought it would be beneficial for my corporate career. While I enjoyed being outside in nature, I didn't actually like the game itself. So I gave it up fairly quickly.

But many of you are avid golfers, so I want to help you take care of yourselves!

  3. Shoulder pain
  4. Wrist injuries

To prevent those injuries, it's key that you take time to stretch these areas of your body before you hit the driving range or start your round of golf.

If you want to improve your swing, it also helps to do these stretches regularly throughout the week to improve your flexibility, even when you are not out on the course.
