Keep track of your progress and stay motivated with a habit tracker

As we move into the spring season, I've been thinking about small changes that lead to big transformations. It's often the little things we do consistently that create the most significant impact on our wellness journey.

So, I have a question for you:

What one small wellness habit could you introduce into your life for the next three months?

I'm inviting you to choose a habit you're not currently practicing, something that feels both exciting and achievable. Imagine celebrating your success three months from now, feeling healthier, happier, and more vibrant.

To help you get started, I've brainstormed a list of simple yet powerful daily habits:

  • Walk 10,000 steps
  • Drink 8 glasses of water
  • Drink no alcohol
  • Practice 15 minutes of yoga
  • Meditate for 5 minutes
  • Limit screen time to 2 hours
  • Ensure 7-8 hours of restful sleep
  • Journal your gratitude before bedtime

Feel free to pick one of these suggestions or create your own wellness goal. Whatever you choose, it's your commitment to yourself that counts.
