Beat the winter blues with fun indoor workouts

Let me ask you: do you like winter, or are you eager for winter to be over?
I admire people who love winter and embrace the cold. It's just not me.
As I get older, I crave warmth and sunshine ... the opposite of winter's cold temps and cloudy skies. And don't even get me started with winter's dry skin and chapped heels.
Boston might get its first snowfall of the season this weekend. 😳
As the winter cold creeps in, it's important to keep our bodies moving and our spirits high. So, here are some indoor exercise ideas to keep our energy levels up:
Dance Party
Turn your living room into your personal dance floor! Crank up the music, let loose, and dance like nobody's watching. It's not just a workout; it's pure joy and a fantastic way to keep your energy level up.
Workout Circuit
Create a home gym corner, no matter how small your space is. Grab resistance bands or dumbbells, or use your body weight for a simple yet effective workout circuit. Strengthen those muscles and boost your stamina.
Yoga at Home
Do yoga alone or join my live online Gentle Yoga classes on Zoom. We'll focus on gentle movements, deep relaxation, and breathwork to nurture body and soul. Drop in for a single class or sign up for a series.
Remember, exercise isn't just about physical health; it's a mood booster, too! We all need that, don't we?
