A Yoga Sequence For Absolute Beginners (Video Included)

This week, I've been busy working on a Starter Guide to Yoga for 45+ for you.
I created a fantastic 50+ page guide (yes, I am an overachiever!) when I realized that such a lengthy guide would be way too overwhelming for someone just getting started with yoga.
Instead, I will take a snippet of that guide and turn it into a smaller guide that allows new yogis to have an instant win. And then, if they want more, they can grab my 50+ page ultimate guide.
I can't wait to show it to you soon! Here is a sneak peek:

In the meantime, you're welcome to preview the video I recorded to go along with the smaller guide. It's a 9-minute yoga sequence for beginners made up of just five yoga poses: Child's Pose, Table Top, Cat/Cow, Extended Puppy Pose, and Downward Facing Dog.
While I created it having a beginner yogi in mind, it's an excellent sequence for anyone looking for a short, gentle yoga sequence.
