If your hamstrings are feeling tight and you have trouble touching your toes, here are some yoga stretches for you:

Give those yoga stretches a try. If you don't own a yoga strap or yoga blocks, there are household alternatives you can use: instead of a yoga strap, use a belt from your bathrobe, a scarf, or an old tie; instead of yoga blocks, use thick books, big rolls of kitchen paper towels, or cans of soup. Be creative.
