I am so saddened by the geopolitical events happening. Especially during times like these, it is imperative that we take breaks from the news to reconnect with our bodies and minds. ​

Yoga is a wonderful tool to help you manage stress and feel calmer. It's a great practice for your well-being.

To help you feel calmer, relaxed, and more grounded, I recorded a gentle 15-minute yoga routine for you. You don’t need to be a yogi to benefit from this routine!
